At LoomAura, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
The request is raised within 3 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
❌ No returns will be accepted for:
Size issues (please check size chart carefully)
Color variation due to screen resolution
Discounted / clearance / sale items
Products damaged due to customer misuse
2. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

Mention Order ID, product details, and reason for return
Attach clear images or video of the issue
Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or wrong products
Exchange depends on stock availability
If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection
Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
Refund processing time: 7–10 business days
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer / UPI
Customer must share correct bank details for refund processing
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
LoomAura reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or payment issues
7. Damaged Package at Delivery
If you receive a damaged package:
Do not accept delivery
Take photos and contact us immediately
